Pumpkin Patch Blessings celebrates fall and shows little ones there are blessings all around us, especially in the pumpkin patch! The sweet rhyming text by Kim Washburn and whimsical illustrations by Jacqueline East bring autumn alive for readers young and old as they take in the fun of the fall season and remember how much they have to be grateful for.

**I received a copy of this book from BookLook Blogger for an honest review**

Pumpkin Patch Blessings is a cute and wonderful children's board book about the many things you can enjoy during the fall season, such as the weather changing, pumpkin picking, hay rides and pumpkin pies. The message the book sends is all about the good things of the new season and the many blessings it can offer. The story tells about these two children who go outside and notice the autumn leaves and their trip to the pumpkin patch brings them joy as they go on hayrides, pick out from a variety of pumpkins, and eat corn on the cob. This book is for the younger aged children from ages 4-8 years old, or preschool-3rd grade level reading.

The message the story sent was clear and was presented in an interesting manner with the illustrations. Also, the pictures were a nice quality and were colorful and fun to look at. I think the author did a great job of presenting a spiritual message through her book without it being too heavy on forcing out a message to the audience. It was nicely done with the story and illustration and I think this book would be a great addition to a newborn child’s book shelf. I would recommend this to other readers and for children who want to read a lighthearted good book for the upcoming fall season.
